By downloading, accessing or using the Quick Service mobile application or website (the "Platform") and by booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or book our services.
These terms apply to all users, including homeowners, tenants and anyone booking on behalf of another person. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Quick Service provides home-maintenance services across Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai, including air-conditioning maintenance, installation and replacement, duct and coil cleaning, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), plumbing, electrical work, water tank cleaning and handyman services.
Service availability, scope and turnaround times may vary by location, technician availability and the nature of the work. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking that falls outside our safe operating scope or licensing.
All bookings are made through the app using either Visit Now (urgent same-day dispatch) or Schedule Later (a chosen date and time window). A booking is confirmed once you receive in-app confirmation.
Your first inspection is free. Following inspection, a certified technician provides a transparent fixed quote in the app before any chargeable work begins. No work is carried out until you approve the quote.
Prices are presented inside the app and may vary based on the diagnosis, parts required and scope of work. Additional work discovered during a job will be quoted separately and requires your approval.
Payment is collected through the methods made available in the app, which may include card and other approved options. Membership and AMC plans are billed on the cycle described at the point of subscription.
We stand behind our workmanship. Completed work is covered by a service guarantee for a period of {WARRANTY PERIOD}, subject to the conditions described in the app at the time of booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Quick Service is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, third-party parts, or misuse following a completed visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on the Platform — including the Quick Service name, logo, mascot, text, graphics, software and design — is owned by or licensed to Quick Service Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of {EMIRATE / JURISDICTION}, UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
